These terms apply to this Shopmation website and its early-access interest list. They are not terms for a live paid service. By using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms.
Current development status
Shopmation is an AI-assisted listing workflow in development, intended to work through ChatGPT/MCP. Etsy is the first planned marketplace integration. Etsy developer-app approval is pending, the integration has not been tested against live Etsy shops, and Shopmation is not publicly available to customers.
Early-access interest
Joining the list expresses interest in an upcoming limited pilot. It does not create a customer account, purchase, contract for product access, or guarantee an invitation or launch date. Features, pilot availability, and development plans may change. Any future pilot or service may require separate terms before use.
Responsible website use
Submit information you are entitled to share and an email address you control. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate others, misuse the forms, or attempt to disrupt the website or access private submissions. Do not submit passwords or confidential shop access credentials.
Planned listing workflow
The planned workflow would prepare physical-product drafts for a seller’s own shop. It is not intended to publish automatically. Sellers would remain responsible for reviewing product information, rights to photos and content, listing accuracy, compliance with marketplace rules, and the decision to publish. No listing preparation or shop connection is provided on this website.
Brand and third-party services
Shopmation’s website branding and original materials may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission. Etsy and ChatGPT are trademarks of their respective owners. Shopmation is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy. References to third-party services describe intended compatibility, not approval or current availability.
Availability and limits
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or delivery of planned features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties about fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
