This notice explains how Shopmation handles information submitted through this website. Shopmation is in development; this website collects early-access interest and contact inquiries, not Etsy shop data.
Information you choose to share
The early-access form collects your email address, your name if you provide it, your consent to early-access contact, and the submission date. The contact form collects your email address, optional name, message, privacy acknowledgment, and submission date. Please do not send passwords, payment details, Etsy credentials, or other sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use early-access information to manage interest in a limited pilot and contact you about Shopmation early access as you have agreed. We use contact information to read and respond to your inquiry, including privacy or removal requests. Contacting us does not subscribe you to early-access updates.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored privately using Lovable Cloud, our hosting and data-storage provider. They are not displayed publicly. Service providers may process information to operate the website and its forms. We do not sell submissions or share them for other businesses’ marketing. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Spam prevention and technical information
Forms use a hidden spam-detection field and submission limits. We store keyed hashes of email addresses and, where available, network addresses to count attempts, rather than storing raw network addresses in the submission-limit records. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. These forms do not use advertising cookies or ask for an account.
Your choices and removal requests
You may withdraw your early-access contact consent or request access, correction, or removal of your submitted information through the contact form. Use the email address associated with your submission and state your request. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We keep information for the purposes described here unless you request removal or legal obligations require otherwise; we do not promise a fixed deletion schedule.
Future Etsy connection
A permission-based Etsy connection is planned, subject to approval and testing. This website does not currently access Etsy shops, receive Etsy OAuth tokens, or collect product photos. Before any shop connection is offered, we intend to explain the requested permissions and update this notice to reflect the data handling actually implemented.
